🕒 Exchange Window

• Exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of receiving your order.

• Items must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In original packaging with tags attached

• In perfect condition (no stains, perfume, damage, etc.)

🚫 Non-Exchangeable Items

• Sale or discounted items

• Customized or altered clothing

• Accessories and innerwear

• Items returned after 48 Hours.

📸 Complaints

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

• Send us clear photos and your order number via WhatsApp or Email.

2. Mention your Order Number, issue, and desired product for exchange.

3. Ship the product back using any trusted courier.
   (Shipping charges for exchange are borne by the customer unless it's our error.)

4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll dispatch the exchanged item within 5-7 working days.
