All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
Prices are in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and inclusive of applicable taxes (if any).

Orders are dispatched within 5β7 working days after confirmation.
Delivery time may vary based on your location (typically 3β7 working days within Pakistan).
We use reliable third-party courier services. Any delay caused by the courier is not our responsibility, but we will support you in tracking your order.
π 3. Exchange Policy
We only offer exchanges, no refunds.
Products must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
For damaged, defective, or wrong items, please contact us within 48 hours.
Items must be in original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact.
Sale items, customized outfits, and innerwear are non-exchangeable.
Shipping charges for exchange are to be paid by the customer, unless the error was on our part.

Customized orders and pre-orders require full advance payment and cannot be exchanged or cancelled once confirmed.
Delivery timelines for pre-orders will be mentioned on the product page or communicated at the time of order.
